Log-Grown Mushrooms

Not only are mushrooms nutritious, they are capable of something magical — they can turn wood into food! Our main shiitake season runs June - September and you can find our mushrooms at a number of local retailers. For more information visit our Mushrooms page.

Let’s plant some trees!

Here at BOB we are committed to the expansion of temperate agroforestry and are proud to be one of more than 30,000 farms nationwide that utilize agroforestry practices.

We believe that temperate agroforestry holds the potential to mitigate climate change, improve farm resiliency and farmer livelihoods, and fundamentally transform our society’s broken relationship with the natural world and the food we eat.

Want to know more about our farm? Head to the About page.

Unfamiliar with agroforestry? Take a gander at our Resources section.

When you purchase products from our farm you are supporting agroforestry in the NY Champlain Valley.
